Our founder brings decades of hands-on experience across administration, architecture, the arts, and the restaurant industry. Every product we build reflects that depth. We know what it feels like to be in the field — and we build accordingly.

Kaminski Daley is not your typical tech founder. She didn't start in Silicon Valley or behind a computer science degree. She started in the field — years deep in administration, architecture, and expediting, learning how complex systems actually operate from the inside out.
Her creative roots run just as deep. A natural artist from the start, Kaminski has spent years painting, drawing, and crafting handmade jewelry — creativity wasn't something she learned, it was something she was born with. That same instinct shapes every product she builds.
Her background in architecture and the expediting field gave her a sharp eye for structure, process, and precision. She understands how projects are planned, how timelines are managed, and how to bring order to complex moving parts — skills that translate directly into software development.
The idea for TipLedger was born on a late night at work. As a payroll manager in the restaurant industry, Kaminski found herself buried in tip sheets — flipping through spreadsheet after spreadsheet, cross-referencing numbers manually, night after night. She didn't just want a solution. She needed one.
What makes TipLedger different from every other tip software on the market is exactly that — it was built by someone who has sat at that desk. Not a developer who heard about the problem. Someone who lived it. TipLedger is intentionally simple: no bank connections, no third-party exposure, no complicated integrations. Just a clean, internal desktop and mobile tool that does exactly what a restaurant manager needs — fast, accurate, and private.
K.J.A & Z.J.O LLC exists because Kaminski saw a pattern everywhere she worked: smart, hardworking people underserved by systems that weren't built for them. So she decided to build the systems herself — and she's just getting started.
